where would you find vampires?

where would you find vampires? **now contains **SPOILERS**

Ive had a friend who has been bugging me a bunch about turning into a vampire like I am, and for the life of me I cannot remember where I was attacked and first started my turning. I was utterly drunk when I did it.

Anyone willing to help me out with this? Basically where I would have to send him to find the vampires. (near what city and what direction to head.)

i know 2 ways.. i think

SPOILER:
1: just follow the main quest and you will encounter a few vamps you need to kill for Azura.
2: Follow the darkbortherhoood quest and the vamp there will offer you to be 1 (i think so)
END.

there are a couple in crowhaven and in the darkbrotherhood when you go up ranks you get the chance to turn into 1 which im doing now

I found a vampire cavern yesterday by accident. Just follow the road that leads to the west gate of Chydinhal. It's near the road to the left, it's on a small hill that can be seen from the road so you don't really have to go off roading. If you're in Chydinhal then just leave to the west gate and follow the road, it to the right. Hope I didn't confuse anyone, and hope you find the cavern.
