I'm level 8 or so, and I've yet to find a magical bow. I've got a dwarven bow right now and I'd like to find something better... are there any quests which reward you with a bow?
Also... are the use of soul gems governed by a skill? I don't know how to use one (even if it has a soul level)
I dont remember having got a bow for a quest but theres plenty around that will drop from encounters, just wait till you lvl a bit.
To use soul gems just click on them in your inventory like you would a repair hammer. Not sure if the screen comes up if you have no chargable items though
Join the Dark Brotherhood. You end up getting good armor, knifes, and even an enchanted bow when you finish the quests as payment/bonuses. I don't remember what's on it but it's a good bow.
