Skeletal arm and Rhonglyn

I havnt found the skeletal arm yet, anyone give me a location.
Also I found one cold well room and destroyed them but the Rhonglyn room is still frozen, do I meed to go to another level to unlock this room ??
I had a few crashes/corrupt save files but deleting the latest roster.dat always sees to fix those.

i haven't found the skeletal arm either so can't help u there.

the room with those cold wells have nothing to do with Rhonglyn. keep exploring, eventually u'll come across a Rhonglyn whose ice can be smashed.

Im not 100% sure, but i think it is in SE Corner of Halls of Light. U have to fight a lot of Lizards or Orogs at a big free place. After that u have to go SE. There is a room, where u can get upstairs in a tower (There are 2 Orog u can speak to and then they fight each other). U have to go 2 or 3 times upstairs (fight Orogs), then u have to fight 3 Mages. After the Battle u get the Arm.

Then u have to transport over rhonglyn room to hall of wizards. Speak to the two ??things/ppl. Then u get the ring. After that go ultra NW in halls of Light(?). There is a big room with a purple thing at north wall and a lot of orogs. There are u teleportet to city heights.
