Why cant i get up the ladder in the tower at Lake Lohr

I can climb the first ladder then I get to the top of the second ladder and it keeps trying to climb but will not bring me to the top. Any suggestions? I obviously need to get up there. Again, I can climb the ladder all the way to the top but then I get stuck! What the heck is going on?

So..., you're playing as an Urgoth! If you have 1.4 or 1.5CE, use Steve2d's editor to get you right to the top of the tower, or hex your position from the bottom of the second ladder.

Wait what am I supposed to do? Can you please give me a little bit more specific directions? Im already using 3D analyze to start my game (it wont start any other way), so what am I supposed to do?

Do a search for "urgoth" and you'll find how to edit your position. You can also just skip the elven fortress, and travel north through the Talendor area instead.
