Is there a Fire Assassin hood?

No, as far as I know there isn't. Just like there isn't a hood for the normal assasin suit either. But you can use the bandit cap, which probably suits the fire assasin suit best.

yes but i dont remember where i got it and i have the xbox version so i have no idea if there is one on the pc version

no, there is none.
however, if you searched the internet you might find the mod that changes the normal bandit bandana into a fire assasin hood. its quit nice..
