I've just started my holidays so it's a weekend of tennis for me. I have Tang soo do on saturday morning as well.

It is a style of kung fu I think. Did you know there are 2 arts that are monkey style kung FU.

Had a look on Google. It was introduced to the UK in 1974, yet I have never heard of it. But it seems to be growing in popularity, so no doubt it will get better known
