Help with fighters guild quest (spoiler)

hey im doing a quest for the fighters guild where i have to stop 3 guys from causing trouble in a bar. through the discussion with them i offered to find them some work. and in order for them to get the work i have to give 5 ectoplasms to this chick. so i was just wondering where about to find the ectoplasm, or is it possible to cancel the quest and restart it, and maybe just get them angry and end up killing them to save me some time.

well killing them is a fun idea but wont help any

ectoplasm comes off ghosts, your two options really are to hunt around all the places that sell alchemy ingrediants and just buy them or find missions/dungeons with ghosts in them.

Off the top of my head i think its bravil that has lots of people talking about a ghost of a sailor that wanders the same route every night. doing that mission takes you to a shipwreck withplenty of ghosts around.

I don't know who sells the stuff, you can check alchemists though. It's found on the remains of ghosts if you can find them.

thanks for that, il have to check it out, and the killing bit did sound fun, i wonder if that will lead me to te same result, haha, anyway, thanks for that.

As I recall, there are usually a couple of ghosts in elven ruins. Be sure and bring a silver weapon to kill them with.
