I heard it was really good. Did anyone here ever played it? Could you please give me some input or suggestion?

Well - my feelings are mixed.
I think it indeed was really good, one of the best RPG's I've ever played.
(After many bugs were removed in patches)
The think I like was the immense playing world, where you could do very much like you pleased.
Another thing was that you selected skills much more instead of classes, and to increase in skills you had to use the skills - ei. mage had to cast spells to get better at spellcasting, a thief had to pick locks to become better at that etc.
And the dungeons were huge, they could have you walking around for a couple of hours real time, before you found what you were looking for, and then you need to get out also
What wasen't so good IMO was the uniformity of the gameworld. Dungeons were build randomly but using some formels that made sections identical to others. The different countries were also similar, many quests were similar.
