Does anyone know wether it is actually possible to advance in this faction or wether getting Knight-Errant in this faction by the lord of Leawiin is just a 1 time thing?

Pretty sure you won't be able to get higher.
There was a post from the elderscrolls forums, that I can't find now, that mentioned all the factions you could be in and how many ranks there were. And there were several who only had 1 rank. I think this one is one of them.
