It depends greatly on what creature you take, the ape is remarkably intelligent more so than Gruntboy
Try controlling the game with the WASD control system al a 1st person games, go to controls and set p keyboard commands for strafing, also get a mouse with a mouse wheel this makes zooming a hell of a lot easier.
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

I'm so stupid I don't know *how* to eat. I think my mother has been keeping me alive by force feeding me and intravenous drips.

I am not sure whether I will like this game... I will just have to find out the hard way.

Check all of the signposts they really do teach you a lot, also remember that the keys are a lot better control method than that weird scrolling situation.
Also stay on the first island for as long as you can and do not go for the scroll after the Fighting 'till you are entirely ready.
You have to start the training with Nemisis' old creature before you can start learning miracles.

Well, I've actually found it quite easy to use the scrolling, and also better than the keys thing
(It helps to have a good mouse)
Also another tip is to use bookmarks a lot - they really help.

Maybe i just play way too many First person shooters (UT, Q3A) i found the bookmarks a bit constricting.

Hey - I've played plenty of FPS also, maybe that is why I prefere the mouse
The bookmarks are great for for instance instantly movint to a miciral and then instantly shifting back to for instance farms and using the mirical.

Well the mouse controls certainly take a bit of getting used to...
The game looks really great though..

He he he - double post, tsk tsk tsk.
Well I've had it much easier with the mouse after purchasing an optical mouse - but okay, my old mouse was almost dead anyway
