Besy Person/ City to sell in?

I've been able to kill ordinators and royal guards and I'm trying to sell their armor but no one has money to cover even half of what its worth? And do sellers recover their money after 24 hours? HELP ME, IM POOR!

if you go to creeper in caldera he pays up to 5000. all you do is sell him so lesser value stuff, wait 24 hours and then like all sellers he gets his money back, then sell him something over 5000 and use the stock he has to get it down to 5000 then wait another 24 hours and keep doing this and you can get full value for stuff - it takes a while though lol. also, i haven't found it yet, but there is a mudcrab that pays up to 10000 a day too somewhere.
