started the game in the emp city and have a lot of hot stuff
is there any fence in the emperiale city ?
moving stuff was a lot easier in morrowind !

There are, since the thread doesn't have "Spoiler" in the title I can't put where. Do a search for stolen items and it should point you in the right direction.
