Just spoken to Julienne Fanis as I just completed and now been made Arch-mage but she say that s'drassa looking for me, I cant remember ever bumping into this charactor and have search for her with no luck, Where is s'drassa likely to be.

*Spoiler Alert*

S'drassa is the Khajiit alchemist who triggers the miscellaneous Garridan's Tears Quest. You can find him in the Mage's Guild in Leyawiin.
