Without Yoshima - Possible Spoiler

What`s the best way to go, without Yoshima? I have me (kensai/mage 10/9) Minsc, Aerie, Tashia and Keto.
I want to get Keldorn but that leaves me without someone to manage the traps. Are there any spells that can be used on traps? Are there any other problems this might cause?
I can pick Yoshima up again, if necessary, but I`d like to manage without him.

Nalia

Nalia can do traps - also consider the use of Find Traps from a cleric and Knock from a mage - e.g. Aerie.

You can do without Yoshimo no problem TBH.

I never play with Yoshimo. Often my main character wind up being something of a thief, either dual- or multiclassed (I think it's fitting for the lord, no?), or I use a modded NPC, most often Valen.

I prefer not to take Nalia since I'll probably pick upp Immy, but she's an option. Don't forget Jan though, as he's a specialist mage he still gets pretty many spells. Otherwise there are very few thieves in the game.

There's always the option to not get a thief (knock, find traps, and just walking through them with a buffed mage or high-HP warrior, depending in the trap) untill you get Immy. With some rings she can do anything needed of her.
