since this morning....its getting worse and it hurts more now

I think I may have a chunk of chicken stuck in there....that I didnt chew right

IM hoping that it was when I was out late last night.....and doing some workouts at the park......yes....Im hoping.......I dont like hospitals.....I have bad experiences with those
