1. In Pale Pass just before entering the ruins, in a small frozen lake, is a frozen barrel (hard to see) with a crumbled paper. It tells of a guy fled into
Pale Pass after being chased by somebody.
It mentions that he has placed a ring in a damaged chest (in the ruins presumably). Anybody find this ring? What does it do?
2. Behind the castle in Anvil, under the water, is a door marked Smugglers Cave. This winds up into the Countess' living quarters. Whats up with this?

SPOILER WARNING !!!Ok, here's the locations for the ring quest in Pale Pass (or palepass if anyone searches for that since you can't use four letters...):Barrel - 1754x, 16597y - Just a little to the left of ruined fort (left when facing away from the fort)1st Chest - -5370x, 16257y - Right of the fort in the ruined tower2nd Chest - 6016x, 9671y - Behind a rock a little walk down the path from the fort. Look behind rocks near a broken wall.3rd Chest - -1341x, -5380y - Near the entrance to the valley. Just to the left (when facing away from the entrance). Just follow the rock wall.And what you get (also for the search function): Circlet of Omnipotence. It fortifies Agility, Endurance, Speed, Strength and Willpower a constant 3 points."
2. About that cave. It does seem it winds up to the castle, but you need a key I have heard. Don't know whats up with it, and how you get the key.
