hey oblivion frenzies
i've played oblivion for few days and had few issues on being a mage
1) im already level 18 with intelligence 100 and willpower 110...but why is it that my magicka felt like an ass (both the recharge and the damage)
2)what the hell does major wound do? i mean it says drain health for 15 pts for 15 sec...i dont see any difference in the enemy's health...or is it me that wrongly interpreted that power...lmao
3)im currently a vampire and kinda happy being one...but say i wanna cure this disease...i have like 7 grand soul gems...thing is...4 of it are empty while the other 3 are equipped with grand souls...i guess there's no way to empty those 3 huh? or is there any other way? hmmm....
