Not sure why I cant cast rune spells, Im sure I have everything I need according to the manual skills, stones, spells etc. etc. But the spells wont recharge. What a noob.
Do you have the right stones for the spells? if you hold your sursor over the spell it will tell you the rune stones and how many of that one you ned for one charge. And those recharge but very on the rate according to your rune magic or channel skill.
