i only need like 2 more cities to send aid for bruma but one of them Chorrol i think i cant tlk to the count....I had to rescue his son in Oblivion is anybody else did that....but he got killed towards the end....so i went and tlked to the count who is a dark elf if this helps to no wat city...and now he just yells and i cant persuade or anything....even his guards insult me.....i dont no wat to do now...

When I did that quest, his son got killed, too, but that didn't happen. Maybe you accidentaly killed him or something? But anyway:

You don't have to complete the Allies for Bruma quest to continue with the main quest. It just helps if you want lots of guards to help you fight off the Daedra.
