so now that im in level 30
my intelligence and willpower are both 100

and its at their maximum
and my magicka is currently 200+
can it go more now that my intelligence is already at its peak

Once your Int is maxed through levelling, you can still increase it past 100 with spells, enchanted items, and bonuses from quests and shrines. Plus, you can directly raise your magica points the same way.
