It's a sketch that he did for an album cover for a group called "Avalanch", the album was called "Mother Earth". Don't know the group though. The final version of the cover art is even slightly more 'disturbing'. ;)

Yeah no kidding I know what you mean....my friend had me draw a piece of his art work in a bigger size..... :)
