Opinions on Scoundrel Consular build please

I want to try a pure force fighter than can really own and as such I want my starting stats to be 10 10 10 10 18 18 every stat after going into wisdom
the thing is I want to go DS and I don't know if this will work IIRC light side gets alot more wisdom items I want to be able to "kill" Malak to death is the extra wisdom from the circlet and robes redundant or do I really need it? I'll be getting master valor either way probably 1 point in speed for transit purposes and then wave lightning death field kill ect also what level should I duel to Jedi I was thinking 6 for the extra AC any comments on this would be welcome thx.
