mages who charge weapons (spoilers)

i know there is a mage in bruma that charges weapons and there are stones. are there any other mages anywhere else that can charge them? anyone who's progressed through the mages guild knows why i'm asking. i haven;t been successful in finding anyone else

Arcane Univercity, you can find them there as well. Good thing is to do it yourself, get Azura;s star and it'll be easy.

There is also a mage that charges weapons in Skingrad.

Seemed to me like almost every guild I went to had someone who charged magical weapons....Trick is to catch them during "regular business hours". Whenever I went to one in the middle of the night and spoke to anyone the barter, training, and recharge icons were never lit....Be sure and speak to the entire guild and do so between like 9am and 6pm for best results...

The mages who recharge enchanted items are wandering mages. You can find them all over the place. In guilds, on the street, sometimes even in the wilderness. There seem to be three or four of them, but I'm not sure.

There is a Mage named Contumeliorus Florius in the Chorrol Mages Guild who will recharge for 2.5k. He just recharged my umbra.
