Rethan Manor

I had a good long search and found no thread similiar to this one, soo, does anyone know when Rethan Manor exists if you are not Hlaalu? Because I want to use my Rethan Manor Land Deed, can you?

There will be rethan manor when you have build some other manor.

Rethan Manor has just popped up in Zar's game - since her stronghold is now at Stage 2. I haven't been in there (Rethan) as yet - what's its purpose?

You must kill everyone from the other strongholds I think, at least that is what I had to do to become Grandmaster of the Telvanni

ok so, how do you get to Rethan monor, because this is confusing, i bought the deed for 5k, and i want the house, HELP PLEASE

You have to have the manor built... Go see the construction guy in the Hlaalu headquarters in Balmora, he's on the first floor near the stairs.

i did that

i talked to him, with my deed, and he said, yes, you have to have the land deed, maren alen at the hlaalu treasury can sell you one

is this a glitch or what?

It's a while since I've done this, but to the best of my recollection.. he should begin work once you have the deed....
Have you checked the walkthrough here at GB? you might find additional info there.

Look under the Stronghold phases.
