How do you make double bladed sabers?

you can't in kotor 1, you have to find them

At the beginning you can say you want a double blade instead of a single but other than that you just have to find them.

I dont think you get to chose in the begining. The Jedi give you a single bladed whether you like it or not, right? I only remember getting a choice in KoToR II. But after your trials you can just steals Bastilas.

Zefie and Mr Sir are right, when you become a jedi you'll start off with a single-bladed lightsabre. After you leave Dantooine, you can find some double-bladed lightsabers throughout the game (know that, according to starwars.com, double-bladed lightsabers were originally a weapon only used by the dark side).

Yes, that is correct, only a single-bladed to start with, but as said above, you can just punk Basties. I do think, the first time you go to Tatooine, and the dark Siders attack you, he drops a Double-bladed saber.. I think..
