temple blessings - 'repent your sins'

howdy

has anyone come across a scenario where you can't get blessed at the temples.
i have 0 infamy & committed only 1 murder (arena quest)
when i tried to get blessed from temple in skingrad all it says is 'repent your sins'
anyone got any ideas?

did u have a bounty on ur head?

same happened to me, but i had not bounty. just like 11 infamy. not sure how to 'repent' either. obviously the temple doesnt like bad girls

either you have a bounty on your head or your infamy is higher than your fame. if its a bounty you just need to pay it off or do the time then you can use the shrine thingy again, if its infamy then you need to get your fame up (eg clear oblivion gates, do missions for the fighters/mages guild, do the main quest...DONT do DB or TG quests..)
