Hello. I've got 2 questions.
1. Just one moment when I fast-travelled to a dungeon and entered that dungeon my Shadowmere entered the dungeon with me, and now it's gone. Whenever I go to a city I still get the message that my horse is stabled outside the city, but it's just gone. Is there a way to get my beloved horse back? I'm on pc, so I can eventually use the console.
2. At some point I stumbled upon 2 bottles of Shadowbanish Wine, which gave me a quest to find out more about it. Does anybody have any idea where to start my search?

Did you check Fort Farragut where you first got her? Also I hear the horse is bugged, lots of problems with it so it is possible you may need to respawn or let it be. Ah yes, check the stables outside of the Imp City, sometimes, for no reason at all, she happens to be there.
EDIT: Oh yes if you decide to do it:

And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.

West of the Emperial city the are some forts. (Forgot their names) Some of them store two bottles of Shadowbanish wine, although you have to fight for it! I found they were guarded everytime (just found 6 bottles in total). Bring spells, magic weapons or silver to dispose of any resistance you encounter.
