enchanting armor with Cameleon

enchanting armor with Cameleon (Spoiler)

I've been trying to figure out how to get cameleon enchanted on my armor. I have it in my spell list, but I'm not strong enough to use it, and I don't see it on the enchanting list when I'm at the enchanting alters. Does anyone know why I'm having this issue or if I need to get a weaker spell or something? Thanks in advance.

You need to be able to cast it to use it for enchanting. Kinda makes sense, if you think about it. Just cast charm on people a lot to raise your illusion.

I suggest you collect either grand soul gems with grand souls in them or better yet try to get sigil stones that'll give you 30% chameleon each.. though the high-level siglstones are available to you only after you hit high-enough level ( around 30 )
