Lord of the Dragons help

I just installed Lord of the Dragons. When I talk to the Dremora in Balmora, and he transports me, my menu screen pops up. The only problem is that it won't go away when I right click the mouse! I end up having to reload the game. Did I install it wrong, or is there a way around this?

I suggest you do a search on mod installation, I know there is at least one thread that covers the subject here.
Regarding the mod itself, though, you would probably have more luck directly contacting the mod creator. That one is by Mad Max isn't it? I have contacted him regarding Pegas Horse Ranch before and he was very helpful.
