portrait error

whenever i select a custom portrait it comes up with an error message
any ideas on how to prevent it

Portraits must be in BMP (bitmap) file format (and NOT JPG)

Large portrait should be the size of 210x330 and has to be named: xxxxxxxL (1-7 characters followed by "L")

Small portrait should be the size of 42x42 and has to be named: xxxxxxxS (1-7 characters followed by "S")

Game also has some kind of a glitch: your portraits will appear too bright
Solution: photoshop-(load pic)-image-adjustments-brightness/contrast

reduce brightness by 10-25 and play around with contrast till you get desired image (you'll still have to import it in IWD to see how it looks like)

Also, pictures must be in "Portraits" folder in your main IWD folder (if it's not there, just create it yourself)
