Quest Help!!!plz i need the help (SPOILERS)

ok well i need help on the quest for carius(balmora guy) he sent me on the quest about the 3 informates in vivec im fine with 2 of them, but the addhirar cat woman who lives in the sewers has annoyed me for ages. i know i must talk to the guy upstairs and get him to leave but, addhirar wont tell me about him all she says is and i quote"i will not tell you anything cause there is a nasty taxman" i've tried everything i've bribed her to 100% of likeing me but still notin help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz

You need to lie to the tax man in order to get him off of her ..um.. tail..
Your dialogue choice should be pretty obvious once you talk to him.

well i spoke 2 the cat women first then she said an taxman annoyin her.I went upstairs and what i said 2 him is " i click addhirar then all it lets me say is im busy or i dont know" i doesnt come up with a lie option???????????

What I did was talk to him about her, select the "I dont know" option when he asks if you've seen her, go talk to the kitty and she'll tell you she wont say anything with this agent bugging her.

Go back upstairs and talk to him about her, and chose the option that say something like "[lie] she just took a boat to another city"

He will thank you and say hes gonna go there too, go back down to the Underworks and talk to the kitty and she'll thank you and tell you what she knows.

soz about not sayin spoiler. right well i tried wat ya said about goin up stairs still doesnt seem 2 work dont know why. This may be because i spoke 2 kitty cat first instead of seein him first now it just wont let me. or it may just be because every1 and everything hates me and im just goin 2 die a horrible and painful death who knows ill keep tryin if i do it ill come bck and tell ya. ok bye and merry christmas.

I've done it every1!!!!!!!!!!!!! wat i was doin wrong was tht i didn't speak to the woman in the lower waistworks who tell's me tht the guys a excises and cencis agent so it ok now thnks
