Heist Issue (Spoiler)
Is there a glitch or bug in the PC version that while in the elder scrolls library you cannot sit in the reading chair? I've restarted the quest from beginning 5 times and get hung up at this point each time. I see others saying you have to be very particular in the way you do this quest, I've followed exact. I still cannot sit in the chair to receive the scroll. Just wondering if this is because of a bug or something.

hmm well hard to say since you havent told us exactly what you have done... i had some problems to with that quest but i did figgure it out.
Take it slow kill everything before you enter the sleeping area and from there dont get seen by the guards... go press the lever and enter the area with the reading chair ( when you enter that room dont go in stelth mode) then just sit down and they will give you the scroll... what i think you are doing wrong is that you are in stelth mode when you try to sit... seen some doing the same thing. But i dont know if you do, just sounds like it.
