question on master-trainer

I found the smith in Ebonhart, who is listed as master-trainer for the armorer skill... well, he does not have a 'training' feature on my converstion window... is there something I am missing?

If you're on pc, you could download the unofficial patch which fixes this and many other bugs: http://www.etherealsoftware.com.au/patch/

But if you have GOTY, you already have the patch for the main game; you lack the latest patch for the add-ons. So go to Bethsoft's website, and look for exactly the correct patch for your game flavor.

I just bought this game... and I am HOOKED!

I even bought a new computer that will play Oblivion if I ever finish this game!

I was just fixing something in the CS so I had a look at this npc. He doesn't have a training option and I have the latest patch... You should get the official patch of course, but the unofficial also fixes many bugs not in the official one.

I checked over at GameFAQs, and found the following. SPOILERS, note:

70 Avus Belvilo Dren Plantation, Storage Shack
68 Ababael Timsar-Dadisun Zainab Camp, Ababael Timsar-Dadisun's Yurt
54 Wayn Balmora, Guild of Fighters

As you can see, none of them are in Ebonheart.

I should stop looking for information that doesn't really interest me, I've never even used a trainer in the game

I think the UESP materials were created very early in the game cycle, and may have flaws. The GameFAQ list may have flaws, too, but they didn't even list a master trainer for armorer, perhaps because there isn't any. I don't know.

I didn't use trainers until late in the game, when I decided to join guilds I'd neglected, and work up skills I hadn't bothered with.

Been having a look at some things and found out there is no master armourer trainer.

if he is master trainer do i need a plugin because i have the same problem and i have GOTY edition
