Hehe, great. I was disgusted by the whole Nintendo thing that came up. So much so, I neglected Luis' thread. *mutters* The only thing Nintendo was ever good for was selling Sega games after Sega died. :(

@ Kitten, You're supposed to say "No, I only love you"! :p

Sega DIED?!?!

-pulls out the defibulators and heads for the old SEGA system- Clear!

I had trouble viewing Lestat's thread, actually. His link took forever to load while I was on my crappy dial-up, and I haven't really cared enough to go looking for it since I got on the DSL temporarily. Frankly, I'm too engrossed in my PS2 right now to care about much else in the gaming world (I've had the PS2 for a year now, and I've seriously only started to really play it in the last month).

No, no it didn't OS. I meant it sarcastically, because all that came up was 'copy'... Your links never work my dear, it's kind of cute.

yes, Sol, that worked.

What was your favorite game?

I've been tempted to take the Sega Genesis from my parents' house, but I don't know what I'd do with it, honestly. I have all the games still and the Sega system, and my parents certainly don't play it or even acknowledge its existence. But all those games are tired, seriously. I played them all to death.

@ Chim, Shining Force, the whole series. Well, 1-3 anyhow. The rest were BLAH. I liked controlling armies...:mischief:

I so never heard of that. Anyway, I have PC games for controlling armies, and believe me, I love them. My armies are about the most deadly force in my games. Except when I lose. Which never happens, by the way. :D

Which games you play?

Mag, you never did say what you were going to do about that alleged Smurf uprising.

Civilization 4 mostly, now. Used to play Civ 3, Hearts of Iron I play every so often (I always make the Nazis win), used to be into Age of Empires, except that was one game I barely could master. God, I used to play online, and I remember one specific game where I was paired with one of the best tactical gamers ever, and I got him killed! I was that bad!

It's kind of a cult thing. Most people never heard of it, but those that played it tended to become obsessed with it. Umm, basically fantasy chess with character progression. I liked it.

I so love that Phreddies posts come up and I don't have to see his posts anymore, just his name and "This user is on your Ignore List."

rofl you're so mean. I like it. :mischief:

Fantasy Chess with character progression? Hrm.

Well, I have been missing chess lately. I even installed some old chess programs on here. Like Battle Chess. God, I hate that game. No matter how good I got, that game on its easiest levels still kicked my ass. And I might not be a supergenius at the game, but I've held my own quite well these last few years. And that game STILL beat me! What the hell?!

Yeah, AOE III isnt that hard, horribly inaccurate historically, but when you put that aside it was pretty good. The first was the best.
You might want to try Warcraft, not the MMORPG but the RTS's, great fun, and as almost always holds true, the originals were some of the best.
