More Magika
How can I get more Magika? My willpower and intellegence are at 100 and all my major skills are at 100 so I can't level up any more. The only way I have found to get more max magika is to wear enchanted items. Is there anything else that will raise my magika besides spells, i.e. something permanate?

Okay, depending on your race and birthsign, you have a certain limit to how much magicka you can have. Therefore, your final magicka depends mostly on the first twenty minutes of the game. Here's how it works best:
Altmer (High Elves) automatically get +100 magicka at the cost of a -25% resistance to magic.
Bretons get +50 magicka and a 50% resistance to magic.
If you get the mage birthsign, you get +50 magicka.
If you get the apprentice birthsign, you get +100 magicka and a 100% weakness to magic.
If you go wih the atronach, you get +150 magicka and 50% spell absorption, but your magicka doesn't regenerate.
Honestly, I suggest getting the Breton with the mage sign. That's an instant +100 Magicka to your beginning 120, giving you 220. You'll end up with about 300 by the time you get your intelligence maxed.
