Fable The Lost Chapters - Grey House

Post by mammu »

Hi, Everyone!
It's been awhile since I posted anything. I have a problem with Grey House cellar. I killed all the undead but the cellar door outside the house will not open. It does not even light up to be accessed. What did I do or not do? I tried twice so far by loading a Save Game prior to entering Grey House. Does anyone have an answer for me?
Thanks.

In TLC the cellar is part of a quest that you can pick up in Bowerstone North.

SWC
Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

Thanks for the info, but how do I get into Bowerstone North. The guard keeps telling me that I need a permit to get in there. How do I get a permit?
Thanks.

You need to complete the Arena Quest to do so and that will not be until much later in the game.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price
