Lost History of Tamriel -Spoiler-

Hey whatsup.
Im looking for the Lost History of Tamriel. Supposedly in the Skingrad Castle?
I can't find it. There are no markers on my map either. My last journal entry for that quest is something about a Pale Lady taking the guy I'm looking for (out of jail).

I have gone in and out of the Castle, and I can't seem to locate this book.

Any info??

*spoiler*in the jail section follow the blood on the floor and it will disapear into the wall.and on the wall will be a candle stick pull it and the wall will open.
