20Gigs, but yeah...

If I knew the problem, I could fix it.

I know the symptoms, which are that it doesn't allow the computer to update it. It just sits there, buzzing and clicking and displaying its infernal "Do Not Disconnect" message... and the iPod Updater has completely frozen, so I can't restore the ipod, which would undoubtedly fix whatever the problem is...

To sum up my feelings on the matter: HateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHateHate!!!!

Yeah, I can, I have, but I want to UPDATE it! Yargh!! What's more, I can't turn it on when it's disconnected! It just tells me to go to Apple's support page, but nothing helps because I can't get it to connect to the computer!!!

No, it just keeps buzzing and clicking and telling me not to disconnect... But for some reason it doesn't actually connect at all!!
