Cant enter Elven Lands? please help

stupid game wont let me in i need a offical rit? what ever that is i have done every thing i can think of please help me. where do i get marked at?

If you are using CE, you have to go to the lake tower, north of elven fortress, and climb to top, activate shrine and listen to message.

you can swim accross the lake there is a tower. you have to kill the shade then you can get to the top for the Mark which will get you into Arindale.
