Whats The Maximum Light Armor Rating With The Best Light Armor In The Game

I'm pretty sure that glass is the best with a 75 armor rating (provided you are a Master with it.)

thats it... that sucks, heavy armor would be better becuase its like 85.

I had an armor rating of 85 when I was wearing full glass being only a journeyman in light armor. My secret? Well, its no secret at all, it is the only way to improve your armor rating past the base 75: Enchantments. Most of my armor pieces were enchanted with 10 pts. of shield.

The Maximum AC Limit for Light Armor is 85, i have it for quite a while, I always wondered if the max AC Limit for Heavy Armor is bigger, but it seems it isn't, which makes me wonder why people would use it.

Well at max level, both armors are weightless and the same rating so it's basically a matter of which one you think looks better.

By the way, if I have an armor rating of 85, and I use Dragon Skin (as a breton), will that further my armor rating?

Yep, both Light / Heavy have a same max armor 85. At light you get 85 by reaching MASTER level on it. (AND there is NO way you can get above it)
