how mutch and what points can get in falllout 2?
i know in faq write but what mean "Surgery" and "Weird Brain Alignment"?
how to use shades?

Do you want to know the meaning of words, or to know what does it do?

You cant use shades, just put them in your inventory. I dont think they do anything, but maybe they give +1 Charisma point.

Surgery probably means that you can increase stats by visiting a doctor such as doctors in Redding, Vault City and San Francisco. I dont know what are the conditions to get those enchancements though. Weird Brain Alignment I think it means that you somehow use the brain from Sierra Army Base, but im not sure.

Sunglasses one equips in their weapon slot and it adds +1 to Charisma.
