Onyx caverns?? (SPOILERS)

So I found these caverns somewhere in the blackwood area and there is this rather interestingly named bandit leader at the bottom of the caverns that you can't kill (goes unconcious) so I figured he must be part of some quest..

Anyone know what this quest might be or where it gets started?

Maybe this is it (highlight):

Sounds like you've got the "Artifacts of Tamriel" mod loaded. Onyx cave is part of the mod where you find the legendary Chrysammear. Did you find a claymore in the mine? It appears unenchanted but when you equip it you get Fortify Health 50 pts and Protection from Fire.

Actually I don't seem to remember ever downloading/installing such mod, but I do have a bunch of other weapons/armors mods there, maby it came with one of them...
And no, I didn't find the claymore... I think I'll have to go back and investigate. Thanks

Well.. I went and downloaded the mod and sure enough this time there was a person with TOTALLY different name and this time visible.. and the "invisible missile" person was missing..
I guess I should have tried it again before downloading the mod... this one continues to elude me..
