help in Anvil -- possible spoiler

Don't know what kind of character you are playing, but as a Redguard fighter-mage I basically had to duke it out with them. I had to do Adrenaline Rush but I was able to prevail. It's worth it, because they have high-level booty. You might position yourself on the stairs at the back of the shop.... that way all three bad guys can't gang up on you at once. As for the vampirism, drink a cure disease potion or just go visit the nearby chapel and pray at the altar.

If your character is good at sneaking you could wait until they come in and then sneakaly attack one of them, which does usually take of alot of health unless it actually kills them, I suggest hitting the Nord first by the way.
If your becoming a vampire what ever you do make sure you don't sleep or wait.

:)

I had this same problem,

-Sneak up and backstab them, or blast them with magic, or whatever
-Run outside, people outside helped me fight them :)
-If no one is there to help you, just hit them a couple times and run back inside

Rinse & Repeat ('cept no backstab cuz they know you're there :)

This was one of the toughest fights I had as well, not that I expected it to be in the beginning mind you so they cleaned the floor with me on the first go. Then I also used sneak to try and take out at least one of them, it worked but again I got sent to la la land. Third time was the charm, sneak, potions, running around which is tough but somehow I managed it.
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.

This was a suprisingly tough fight for me as well. The three thieves that come to loot the shop are incredibly fast and aggresive. I spent several reloads trying to complete this mission. My mage character got his butt kicked several times. I ended up beating it by running up stairs to one of the rooms and closing a door behind me. From inside I was able to take one down with my low level fire spell before they all bum rushed me inside. After the first one dropped I ran past them and proceded to circle the table just outside the door. --Trying to keep the table between me and the enemy. I had a longsword at the time that was able to reach them without them hitting me too much. It was kind of goofy but, man, it was the only way I could beat them. (Didn't realize I could leave the shop, thats a good strategy.)

Because of your lvl prolly, I did it while I was ~ 10, somewhere there and that's nasty cause you're being really faced with the lvl baddies around that time.
