Nibin Bay Island>Minor Spoiler

Ok,so i saw and island on my map that was in the nibin bay(its the only one charted on the map and it twords the north),the island is a fort and the gates closed and says this gate is opend elswhere,and there a knob thing on the groung beside the gate but it says its rusted and wont let me open it,does anybody know how to get inside,or if its part of a quest?

It's a quest. Ask for rumors in Bravil, and see Ursanne Loche about her missing husband, Aleron, to trigger "Caught in the Hunt".

To begin the quest go to Bravil and wander about talking to people, usually the information needed will make it self apparent.
