Wen Drizzt Fought Against Vamps With Me, My Party Doesnt Fight! Bug?!

Pleasepleaseplease someone help me here! In chapter 6, I encountered Drizzt and so I asked him to help me with Bodhi and her vampires. So I went to the graveyard catacolbs for my last confrontation with her, but when I encountered Drizzt and just after he started travelling with me to fight off the vampires, none of my party members would fight without me directing them. I thought that this was a bug and that it would go away after Drizzt went away, but NO, my party can't fight without me anymore! Why, and what can i do????

At the risk of being obvious, did you accidentally turn off your party's AI (the lantern-like button in the lower right of your screen?)?
