Fortify Skill enchantment

Who do you get the spell from so it can be used in the Arcane University to enchant something. I have Fortify Attribute and Fortify Magicka but not Fortify Skill. I thought there was supposed to be a Reflect Damage enchantment we could use as well.

The forify skill is in the restoration magic school. According to the load-screen tips, you can buy them in Anvil. I have not seen a reflect damage spell for enchanting yet, which is a shame if you ask me.

I bought all spells I could find. I double checked too. All chapels have at least one person that sells spells and of course the mages guild. Bought from everyone at the arcane university. The problem is another character I was playing with I have that enchantment ability but not the new character. I dont remember anyone in the main quest teaching me any spells. That is the only thing I have not really done with my new character is go through the main quest line. Who knows

You can't buy Fortify Skill. However, once you get a permanent skill boost you can create Fortify Skill yourself (Arcane Tower area in Imperial City).

There's a link to a page listing some possible ways to get the skill boost requirement in the "How does boosting stats >100 help?" (or something similar. You can allways do a forum search for ">100")
