Theifs Quest Question

Alright, I have a question. I just got this, and Oblivion (but oblivion wouldn't work on my comp so im playing Morrowind). Anyway...Im on the "Geth Felen's Ebony Staff" part. I cant figure out how to get to it. Im in the Upper Tower and I found the Therana's Chamber's (theres 2 things that just go up...nowhere else). So I cannot figure out how to get up there. Could someone help me out...please?

You levitate, or jump really high.

dude...i've been trying for over an hour now...its impossible for me to get up there...i have done levitate, super jump, flying...nothing works. I have looked up cheats and tried them...nothing works

Edit: LMFAO...after an hour...I found out that I was givin levitation ring things at the very begining of the quest...omg...lol

Or, instead of using up the charge on your ring, you can use a cheap rising force potion, or a levitaion spell.

The key here is to get up there, then (hopefully) your acrobatics will be high enough to jump over the drops to other hallways to find what you need.

Rising Force

I used a potion of rising force to get up there.
At first, I thought that the potion wasn't working because I wasn't moving, but then I realised that i had to LOOK to where I wanted to go and move forwards...maybe thats what you haven't been doing.
