Just wondering, how come it says "such-and-such is not a member of any public groups" for everyone? Is it because it's a feature that hasn't been implemented?
Also, how come there don't seem to be a Forum 1 and a Forum 2?
I can understand that 1 might be the index, but what about 2?
Thank you for your time, I know I ask far too many questions.
Groups? (Plus forum number question)
As far as I've understood through useage of various BBoard systems, it is just BBoard functionalitet for assigning different usergroups access to differnet subforums.
Public groups are likely membership groups which are "public", so all can view who members are of the group - whereas there are likely non-public groups, in which membership can't be seen.

Typically on vB sites you'd find these groups under forum leaders. The only current group would be moderators, which are not joinable. Otherwise, this list has been used on other sites to mark heavy contributor's, reviewers, or as a hall of shame.
However, they are not currently used on GameBanshee.
