Piukanda Dungeon (Spoiler Request)

Wandering around in Piukanda Dungeon there is a door that I can not open. It says door opened elsewhere. Does anyone know where the trigger is?

You really do need to tell us more about where the door is. Or take a screen shot of the map.

In most cases when that message is received instead "Key required" a lever or button will open the gate. Sometimes it is near on your side of the gate, but usually it is on the opposite side and is intended for you to use as an exit (short cut) so you do not have to back track through the ruin to exit back to Cyrodiil.
