HELP: Master Armorer Skill problem
My charachter is now level 27 and has an Armorer skill of 107 but is still only ranked as an expert.... I had the book "The Armorers Challenge" and then went to the Best Defense and trained up as much as I could.... then sold the book.... the trained until the guy would train me no more. Yet I am still not a master!!!! I"m still and expert. Any advise? When I go get the book again I'm still not a master

You need to find a master trainer, someone who will train you up to the max. Generally there is also a quest involved with that I believe.
Search Google "Oblivion Master Trainers" and see what comes up.

Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.

107 ... that means that you have something boosting up your skill, in the form of armor or something like that. Take it all off, then see what your skill actually is. Then see if you've trained all the way to the max or not, and if what the precise problem is.
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.

What Ashen is saying is that things that boost your skill over the limit of a class (like enchantments) don't make you the next class, they just make your skill higher, if that makes any sense.
